Hitesh Dedhia is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai (formerly University of Bombay) and is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He currently oversees the financial operations, strategic planning, and financial risk management functions of our Company. Mr. Dedhia has over 21 years of experience in accounting, statutory audit, and reporting.
Mr. Navin Ram is an Independent Director of our Company. He has completed the Owner/President Management Program from Harvard Business School. He is also a director of Pipe Hangers & Supports Private Limited, Cauvery Smart Food & AgroTech Private Limited, and OriginWave Tech Soft Private Limited.
He has served as an independent director of Ultramarine Specialty Chemicals Limited and Ultramarine & Pigments Limited. He was previously associated with Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. He has over 19 years of experience of holding directorships in various companies.
Mr. Nagesh Pinge is an Independent Director of our Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Mumbai (formerly University of Bombay).
He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with ICICI Bank Limited, JSW Energy Limited, Reliance Retail Limited, and Tata Motors Limited. He has 19 years of experience in audit and related activities.
Mrs. Sudha Ravi is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Madras and a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai. She is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
She has held various roles at the State Bank of India, both in India and overseas, and has also served as an executive director of Piramal Finance Private Limited and Piramal Fund Management Private Limited and chief executive officer of PHL Capital Private Limited. She has over 35 years of experience in banking and financial services.
She has served as the chairperson of the ASSOCHAM National Council of Non-Banking Financial Companies. She has been honoured by the Indian American Community of Metropolitan Area of Washington D.C. for her distinguished services in promoting cordial and friendly relations between the Indian American community and the State Bank of India.
Mr. Ramesh Chandak is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has completed the Leading Change and Organisation Renewal Program from Harvard Business School. He was previously the Managing Director of KEC International Limited.
He has been a director on the board of Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited and Parag Milk Foods Limited. He has also served as the president of the Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers Association & has been a trustee of the Victoria Memorial School for the Blind. He was conferred the CA Business Leader – Corporate award in the category of the ‘Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director’ category at the ICAI Awards 2007.
Mrs. Parika Miheer Ghotikar is the Executive Director of our Company.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, University of Toledo, and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the Case School of Engineering and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
She was previously associated with Deloitte and Touche Consulting (USA) and has been associated with the Company for over 15 years.
Mr. Anik Dharamshi is the Executive Director of our Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Birmingham, UK.
He has been associated with the Company for over 15 years.
Mr. Miheer Ghotikar is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the College of Engineering, University of South Florida, USA.
He was previously associated with Pilgrim Software Inc. (USA) and Baxter Healthcare Corporation (USA). Mr. Ghotikar also completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2015.
He is Standards Technical Panel Member of UL 162 & NFPA 15 Technical Committee Member. He has been associated with the Company for over 15 years.
Mr. Harish Dharamshi is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.V.B. College of Engineering and Technology, Karnatak University.
He began his journey by starting H.D. Fire Protect Co. to offer import-substitute fire protection products in India.
With over 40 years of experience in the fire protection industry, he continues to steer the company’s growth.
He is Standards Technical Panel Member of UL 260. Mr. Dharamshi has also been recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of Fire Engineers (India).
